Answers to common questions about YourCollage.
Frequently asked questions
How many photos can I use in a collage?
From 2 to 9 photos. Pick the number on the home screen (or tap a layout in the gallery) and the app proposes layouts designed for exactly that count.
How do I adjust a photo inside its cell?
Pinch to zoom, drag to move and rotate with two fingers — directly on the cell. Double-tap resets the framing. The photo always keeps its cell fully covered, so you'll never export empty gaps.
How do I swap two photos in the layout?
Tap a photo (it highlights in yellow), then tap another one: they switch places. Tap the same photo again to cancel. You can also press and hold a photo and choose “Swap Photo”.
How do I replace a single photo?
Press and hold the photo, then choose “Replace Photo” and pick a new one from the picker.
What resolution does the exported collage have?
The collage is rendered from your original photos — not from the screen — at up to 4096 pixels on the long side, as JPEG or PNG. The result matches the on-screen preview exactly.
Why doesn't the app ask for access to my photo library?
By design. YourCollage uses Apple's system photo picker, which runs outside the app: you choose the photos, and the app receives only those. Saving a finished collage uses the “add-only” permission, which cannot read your library.
Does YourCollage add a watermark or show ads?
Never. YourCollage is a one-time purchase: no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no watermark. Every feature is included.
Can I undo a change?
Yes — use the undo and redo arrows at the top of the editor. Up to 30 steps are kept, covering gestures, styling, layout changes and photo swaps.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and select the purchase — refunds are granted by Apple according to their policy.
