Your colors are none of our business.

1. Data we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information. The app contains no advertising frameworks, no analytics tools, no crash-reporting SDKs and no tracking technology of any kind.

2. What happens on your device

• Camera: video frames are analyzed in real time, on device, only to compute color values. Frames are never recorded, stored or transmitted.
• Photos: when you sample a color from a picture, the image is read locally to extract pixel values. The image never leaves your device.
• Captured colors and calibration profiles: stored in a local database on your device.

3. iCloud sync

Your color history and calibration profiles are synced through CloudKit, in the private database of your own Apple Account. This data is tied to your Apple ID, managed by Apple, and technically inaccessible to us. You can disable it any time in Settings → [your name] → iCloud, and delete all app data by deleting the app and removing its iCloud data.

4. Permissions the app asks for

• Camera — required to read colors live. Denying it disables the viewfinder only; the rest of the app keeps working.
• Photo library — optional, used only when you choose to sample a color from a photo.

5. Third parties

There are none. No data is shared with, sold to or processed by any third party. The only infrastructure involved is Apple's iCloud, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no data at all, no data about children is collected either.

7. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated before the change ships, with a new effective date. Given the app's design — local first, no servers of ours — we don't expect that to happen.
