Privacy Policy

Your colors are none of our business.

Effective date: July 2, 2026 · Applies to the Colorimeter iOS app ("Colorimetro").

The short version: Colorimeter collects no personal data. There are no ads, no trackers, no analytics, no accounts and no third-party SDKs. Everything you capture stays on your device and — if you use iCloud — in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access.

1. Data we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information. The app contains no advertising frameworks, no analytics tools, no crash-reporting SDKs and no tracking technology of any kind.

2. What happens on your device

3. iCloud sync

Your color history and calibration profiles are synced through CloudKit, in the private database of your own Apple Account. This data is tied to your Apple ID, managed by Apple, and technically inaccessible to us. You can disable it any time in Settings → [your name] → iCloud, and delete all app data by deleting the app and removing its iCloud data.

4. Permissions the app asks for

5. Third parties

There are none. No data is shared with, sold to or processed by any third party. The only infrastructure involved is Apple's iCloud, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no data at all, no data about children is collected either.

7. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated before the change ships, with a new effective date. Given the app's design — local first, no servers of ours — we don't expect that to happen.
