Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the Rally Chrono application ("the app"), distributed on the Apple App Store and developed by Angelo Sasso ("the developer").
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. Licence
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service of Apple Inc.
3. Intended use
Rally Chrono is a stopwatch and session-tracking tool designed for regularity rally co-drivers. It is provided as an informational tool only. The developer does not guarantee that the app meets the regulatory requirements of any specific motorsport federation, championship or event.
4. Safety
Do not operate the app while driving. The app is meant to be used by the co-driver / navigator, never by the driver while the vehicle is in motion. The developer is not responsible for misuse that compromises road safety.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any specific purpose, including official timekeeping in competitions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app, including but not limited to disqualification, time penalties, lost data or lost profits.
7. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the app is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Italy.
