Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
ApexShot is built to be private by design. It does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.
What ApexShot accesses
- Camera — required to show the viewfinder and take photos. The camera feed is processed live on your device and is never recorded or sent anywhere.
- Photo library — used to save the frames you capture into a dedicated “ApexShot” album and to show them inside the in-app gallery. ApexShot only reads and writes the photos it manages.
- Motion sensors — used in Panning mode to measure how smoothly you follow the subject. This data is used in real time and never stored or transmitted.
What leaves your device
Nothing. All processing — exposure control, subject tracking, best-frame selection — happens on device. ApexShot has no server and makes no network requests for your content.
Data collection
ApexShot collects no usage data and no identifiers. In App Store terms, this corresponds to “Data Not Collected”. The app ships with a privacy manifest declaring no tracking.
Children
ApexShot does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
